Can't Install QuickTime or MicrAntiSpyware

When I try to install Microsoft Anti-Spyware, I get, "The system cannot open the device or file specified, Internal Error 2755. 110, C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\{C0FA7138-477B-4FEC-8F23-640C21C2287B}\Microsoft AntiSpyware.msi," and when I try to install iTunes/QuickTime, I get "error code: 1607."

This happened shortly after I tried installing QuickTime Alternative and Real Time Alternative. This might have something to do with the iTunes/QuickTime install, but I don't know why I can't install Anti-Spyware at all. Any ideas?
