maya help

hey guys, i dont know if anyone is familiar with using maya but i have maya 7. Im having some real trouble understanding how to use it at all. its so confusing. Does anyone mabe have tips, websites with tutorials, or movie links that could help me out or anything like that. hope you can help

I have Maya 7.0, can't really tell you how to use it, since it will fill up a few pages, just play with it and you'll learn it...
