Oblivion is incredibly demanding. My buddy has a 7800GTX (PCI-E) and a 3.6Ghz (Intel LGA 775) and he still can't run that game on complete high settings. If you upgrade to a 7800GS I would predict that you would be able to play on medium/high settings. Don't expext full AA or anything though
