Default Over clocked something. Not sure what it is though :P

Ok here is my problem ish. I just downloaded this ATI Tool. Anyway this is a slight clock I have done and it seems to be running smoothly. The thing is im guesing I have OC my graphics card. But are the temperatures given.

Card temperature and Case temperature
or
Processor temperature and case temperature

Also these temperatures look very hight from what I can tell. Is i safe to run at these temperatures? and whats the average. My processor is well look bellow at my sig.

Well this is what it did (and had only 1 error after 18min is that ok?)

i think the temps at the bottom are your core temps and system temp. i would be worried more about your system temp than anything else. is there anywhere else you can confirm your system temp?
if your system temp is that high and you bring the temp down with better cooling you should notice a sizeable drop in core temps

IS there any prgrammes that I can use to do this?. If so can you send me a link. And well im not into customizing my PC as I dont know how and it will void my £300 warranty . My fan is huge though it sounds like a helicopter, cant get much bigger lol.

Also on that overclock I have no bloody idea what I was doing, just raised them from

425.00 and 432.00
to
436.50 and 470.25

dunno what core and memory are, let alone what they do and what rasing them does lol. If that could also be expliained I would be greatfull lol.

maybe you need an intake fan and an exhaust fan.
try everest http://www.lavalys.com/
i personally use abit uGuru, you might have something similar that was bundled with your motherboard. also, a trip into the bios is always worth a shot, have a look out for something like health monitoring.

ok then, if you really wanna try in the bios, you should look out for a message when your system is displaying how much ram it has etc. it normally reads something like press Del to enter setup. press the delete key, or whatever it asks you to. once your in your looking for health monitoring or something similar. its not that hard to find.

you can only mess something up if you change a setting, if you do think you have changed a setting you can always exit without saving changes. the first time i went into a bios i was playing around with settings and stopped my computer from booting, so then i had to find the clear CMOS jumper and reset the settings. computer worked fine afterwards. you're only gonna be looking for temps anyway

also, the motherboard manual is a godsend when you're looking in the bios for the first time
