Trouble with dvd drive
Can anyone help i have lost the use of my dvd rom and dvd burner , under device manager it says windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device [error code 41] windows help says to go into the registry editor and locate upper and lower filters and delete them but i can only find one entry but this has one number less:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\C ONTROL\CLASS\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318

That and in device manager, try uninstalling the devie, letting it boot up and reinstall the device
