Looks alright, although it doesn't have PFC and I've never heard Raidmax considered one of the better brands. Nice amperage though.

Nice. 580 watts seems plenty. Will you SLi your 7800gtx in the future?

Solid PSU you just picked. 38 total amps on the 12v and Antec is a reputable company. Good choice.
