Cool lo71.exe

any suggestions on getting rid of lo71.exe? i tried disabling it in run-> msconfig, deleting the exe that it (slyly) copied into system32, ran ad-aware se professional, ran microsoft anti-spyware, and i also ran symantec anti-virus.

after all this i tried running the scans in safe mode and they found more, however lo71.exe is still there and windows firewall pops up with it.
