Whatsa good place to register a domain besides godaddy? I need to TRANSFER a domain, and godaddy wont let me since the domain i want to transfer is already at godaddy.

Okay, I need a website that you can transfer a domain from godaddy and i can then change the nameservers to work on my server server, and the website actully NEEDS TO WORK, unlike the last.
