Dual IDE HDDs?

well I'm planning to buy this hdd and I was wondering
how I would go along and set this up I currently have a IDE 30gb garbage Hdd that came with my comp but I have all my videos and music and I dont to lose it. Can someone give me some sort of idea of how i might set this second HDD up without losing any info and still have them both running without any complications. BTW i only have two ide slots on my MOBO one is for my cd drives with a dual ide cable and the second is for the hdd and that also has a dual cable. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822140155
