Angry double voice!!!

echo voices. Hey, How come when I play dvd on my computer I hear double voice. Like an echo. My speakers are near one another. .

Look and see if your sound card or sound device has an audio/sound manager. Many sound devices have a sound manager that has profiles that enable thing like echoes and other such effects. Try looking in your control panel.
