Default Power Supply for 6800GS

Right now I have a prebuilt HP desktop. I just checked the power supply and found it very difficult to read which one I have. I'm pretty sure I have a 300W Max, +12V @ 19A. Now I don't think this is near enough power to power a video card, is it? If not what is a good power supply? I'm thinking somewhere around 500W Max, +12V @ 30A.

The idea you had is a good beginning. How much are you willing to spend on a PSU?

With the video card and power supply I'd like to keep it around $300 total. So like max is $90-100.

What is the deal with PFC and Dual 12V+? Are they really that important? SLI isn't too important to me.
