thumb nails

hi all.
this my first time on here so please be gentle.

i wanted to post a thumbnail picture of myself on a car forum. i have only full size pictures on kodak easy share and was wondering if i could 'shrink' these pictures to a thumbnail so i can post them on the forum.

upload you full size picture to somewhere like www.imageshack.us. once its done uploading you have quite a few options. Just read what they are and go from there.
