Unhappy Monitor/Graphics Card Problem. Help plz !!

Hi guys,

I have a very big problem, I got a new PC with
an AMD athlon 64 3000+
2GB DDR400 RAM
256mb Radeon 9250 graphics card
19inch Samsung TFT screen

I have problem when I play my game "Need for speed Underground"
the screen switch off after a few minutes.

I had the same problem when I try to log in, it shows the windoz loading
and it switch off just before the login screen appear, but that stopped
since I disabled the second graphics card that was appearing in the
device manager, which was showing two of the same card.

I tried to install ati catalyst center but I the screen switch off just before the login screen, when I uninstalled it everything was ok.

Please let me know, I'm really desperate. I know you are all busy
for christmas and new year, but I just wanted to give it a try.

I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice or help
me to fix this problem. Thanks a lot

P.S: Sorry for the bad english

Best Wishes
C Style

I have no idea what it could be, but I thought about Power Save mode, maybe?

I think the ATI 2 graphics card thing is how they handle the card having 2 video out ports. The monitor turning off sounds like it's trying to run a resolution not supported by your monitor.
