Default Is the mediacenter 2005 theme free?

I recently noticed that the themes for the media center pcs are different than the normal ones. I was wondering if microsoft allowed windows xp home users to download that theme free or if they required users to purchase the media center pcs just to get the new theme.
Just to clarify I am "NOT" asking for a way to get the extra software associated with the media center version, just the theme that is slightly different than xp's original. If anyone knows where I can download it, assuming it is legal to do so, that would be great.

P.S. Don't be an idiot and just tell me to search microsoft for it. I already did to no success. If I happened to miss it, you could say specifically what words you used, and which topic it came up on.

Don't go buy MCE just for that though. I have MCE and that's the ONLY new theme. It's called Energy Blue. Certainly not worth buying MCE for.

Happy Holidays
