Location of IP address ???

Wonder whether it would be a sensible question to ask IF there's any way knowing the location of a PC from their IP address ???

Is there any service provider over the Internet who provides such service OR is there more technical way to identify the location ???

There are many ip address locators that will tell you the country, state, city and ISP (internet service provider)....

Thanks for your help & yes, I successfully managed to find a decent website, which pretty much satisfies my requirement on http://arul.telenet-systems.com/track.html

I wouldn't count on those to get you the address location though. They usually just get your isp's location.
