Default why are my timings so high??

i have this memory http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145575

which has 2-3-3-6 timings.

well, everest is reporting this:

Field Value
DIMM1: Corsair CMX1024-3200C2 1 GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)
Field Value
DIMM2: Corsair CMX1024-3200C2 1 GB PC3200 DDR SDRAM (3.0-3-3-8 @ 200 MHz)


what's up with that?
