Hi Guys, I'm trying to put together a good computer for burning dvd's, surfing and listening to music!!!

He alludes to (without saying of course) the machine having future upgradability issues however fails to outline the logic behind there (something i'll skip over to lack of maturity) but from a technical point: sure the machine may lack expandability however in 5 years, my box is going to run better regardless -- upgrading the CPU in 5 years will require a new socket and thus new damn-near-everything thus eliminating any advnatage current upgradability has; furthermore without upgrading, my box will outperform it thanks to the fact i managed to crap a dualcore chip in there.
