*shudder* You don't mind if there's no GUI? You must be rather good with command lines. If you don't mind not having a GUI (which means text, no mouse) you could try Small Linux, which uses 2 Megs of RAM and fits on 2 floppy disks

you can try damnsmalllinux. Its only 50M. It can be used as a live cd or can be instaled.
