As i'm sure you know, iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer. If there's about a dozen running, it could be spyware programs using IE. Some viruses also use the name to avoid being detected by people looking at a process list. I'd run Spybot and Adaware first, and see what they find.

Ive seen this before. Look on your root folder of C

Ive used a "patch" to, well, you know.. anyways.. after running it, it puts a iexplore file there and sets it to run at startup. Check that out.

Yep, that's a virus. I'd go to www.housecall.antivirus.com and run a scan from there, otherwise wait for someone who knows how to analyse HijakThis logs better than I do.
