Thumbs up Integrated sound issues

I've got an Abit NF7-S2 motherboard with integrated sound (I'm quite sure about that). Everything seems to work fine, but Windows XP can't detect or install the sound drivers. It's as if there is no sound card installed. What can I do about it? Do I need motherboard drivers? And where can I find them? Abit.com isn't very good.

Edit: I DID get drivers, but nothing useful..

Third edit: Problem solved, making me look like the biggest moron of all times.
Computer works fine so far. I want to give all who've helped me a big thank you, and I promise I'll get you pictures.

You need to download the Forceware drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_5.10

Thanks, but I didn't need to download anything. I just thought the drivers I had were only for graphics, but they were for sound as well. Me stupid.
