When you begin to reload windows, you should get the option to format the drive. That's all you got to do

You can also goto My Computer, right click on the target drive and select "format"

Annoying an admin is not a reccomended course of action. But I guess I have to spoonfeed you at least once before I can justify a ban:
1. If he has the problem as described (which neither of us actually know) then post#2 is sufficient to deal with that. But what if it's not that drive thats giving us a problem? (i.e., we always tell people to put drives into working computers to get them working).... 2. Now to conver the scenario where it's not the OS partition on the OS drive, we include post #3 Now continuing this pointless banter is really not ideal.
