when your boot screen comes up (the first screen that will say probably whatever company made your comp or mobo) there should be something that says "Press F* to enter bios", the asterisk being a number. Typically it is F2. Once you are in there you should be able to find boot sequence somewhere in one of the options. Select it and change it to whatever you want the first boot device to be (the cd drive).

Actually, most computers typically use the del key now-of-days. But yes, a few will use the F keys...

Generally it is the Del button, as The_Other_One says, and teh boot sequence should be under the Advanced BIOS settings. Make sure the sequence puts the CDROM before the C:\ drive.
