speaker problems

I have a soundblaster live 5.1 and Altec Lansing 251 speakers. All of the sudden my rear left speaker does not seem to be working when I do the audio hq speaker test, but I can hear hissing coming from the speaker, so I know it is plugged in. Is there a way to fix this.

You most likly blew your speaker and you need a new one. It's ussaly caused by playing them to loud.
