Default Low resolution after hard drive instal

I just put a new hard drive in my dell inspiron 1150 and now I only have low resolution, 640x480 and it will not let me change the resolution under the settings. Are there drivers I need to instal, or any ideas of what I need to do?

Try installing new video card driver's. Go to your video card manufactorer's website and download them.

What operatiing system do you have?

If you have window's XP go to start run dxdiag then go to display and it will tell you there.
