Exclamation Network Can't See Computers

I just started a wireless network and have an internet connection on all of my computers, but the computers can't seem to see each other in the network places or elsewhere. I'm looking to share a printer on the computer, but haven't made much progress with this problem... Any Ideas???
Thanks,
John

I thought I figured it out when I realized they were on a different workgroup, but when I fixed it that didn't help either...

Windows doesn't allow the computer to share files on a network by default, you have to enable it, many wireless guides have forgotten about this.

I cant remember where this is off the top f my head, but it is in the control panel. If anyone knows the file path then post it for them.

Try installing the netbeui or IPX/SPX/Netbios protocal in the network properties on both computers. Same area where you can find your tcp/ip settitngs. The windows operating system doesn't install this by default (only tcp/ip). Most home networks/routers work better with this installed.

I think I've got them to see each other, because now when I try to add a printer on the laptop the workgroup (titled "WORKGROUP") shows up, but it asks me to put in the name of the printer. The printer is titled on the desktop as "Dell Photo AIO Printer 922" but is shared as "Printer". Nothing that I've put in have worked, Any Ideas?
