Default whats the BEST PSU?

Link up the BEST PSU that you can find that would fit in an ATX case?

Not for the weak-hearted

However, that's a waste of your money as you do not need anything like that for now. In my opinion, some of the best PSUs are manufactured by ANTEC, AKASA, CHILL INNOVATION, FORTRON and ENERMAX. There are many more great companies, but this is my set of preferences.

That xoxide one just has useless bells and whistles. Look at the specs. Only 34 A on the +12 rail, and the voltage regulation is 5%. It doesnt even have an EPS12 conector. 600 watts isnt that much either .

wow, lol, i want one, except, is 2 80mm fans enough to keep that damned thing cool? i mean my PSU runs warm

600w is plenty wattage to run almosst any computer now a days(I'm thinking maybe not that one guy's who built a case out of fans..., and thats still nice ampage for most things too.

I know, but he asked for the best PSU in the world, and relative to the PC Power and Cooling that ones crap.

Akasa PowerPlus 650W, for some reason its not avalible in the US but i can tell you that it is superb!

55A on quad 12v lines, 710W peak....... VERY stable.
