Default New WindowsXP themes...

i want to the install these windowsXP themes:

i found that from another older forum.
also in the forum it said this:
You can find the uxtheme patcher here (you need this to use the theme).

can someone help me out??? i REALLY want the theme from the first link. I have no clue what i am supposed to do

Under the picture in the first link, is a download button. Click it and donwload the .zip . Open it, then open the folder and there should be a file called Royal_Five_Color_Mod.msstyles - Double click it, it will install it and open up the desktop properties. Out of the 3 drop down boxes, click the top one and select the Royal_Five_Color_Mod. Then in the 2nd drop down box, select the colour. Now click apply, and ok and your done!

i had winrar on my old OS drive, yea i like it better to, my dad has winzip

Windows reads .zip's automatically. It opens it in a folder

i unzipped it, it is a Windows Visual Style File... is that right?
