Default Making a windows disk(specfic drivers and such)

Basically, I run this machine without a floppy drive. I'd like to make a windows disk that automatically loads the raid drivers so I can easilly reload this machine. Perhaps even some other drivers, or get rid of those initial ones that I know I don't need.

I'm not asking for an illegal version of windows or anything, but I have seen such software before that lets you add a few things such as that. I just can't recall it's name.

Also, check here. I used their information, among others, to build a Slipstream disc with both Service Packs and all the needed hotfixes. I wrote that experience up here.
