why does this game take forever to load!!!

At the start of the game it was fine, now i'm half way through and it loads/lags and freezes! Yes I got the patch, and I even tweaked my settings!

Anything else I can do?

I would say run it at lower settings, but your rig(in your sig) should run it fine, Mine runs it fine, and my rig is worse(except for ram, i have 1.5gb) Spyware check maybe?

temp looks pretty good, what harddrive do you have? try defraging it. And like xycron said, try spyware/virus scans. Also see if you have alot of programs running in the background.

You mean sata 2 in raid0 isn't faster than IDE...thats complete bull, i have Sata2 in raid0 and my loading times are way faster than my friends (he has IDE) at any game...
And a faster hirddisc means less slag, because say he has a lot of programs running on background that it up all his ram, than the harddisc has to load stuff during the gameplay to ram all the time.
