Does anyone have any suggestions for some ram? My motherboard specifications say "3 184 pin DDR DIMM sockets, support up to 3GB DRAM max" and "Supports DDR 400/333/266 DIMM."
I have no real budget, but I don't want to go nuts. I'd like to spend maybe around $50 for a stick of 512MB, plus or minus some. I'd probably get two or three sticks. By having three sockets, i can't have DDR2, so i'd be wasting money/compatibility by buying dual channel modules. I don't play many games, but I encode/decode movies somewhat often.
