Default Startup Help!!!

Every time I start up Windows, before opening Windows it says 'Checking hard disk for consistancy, Press any key to cancel' it checks disk F which is my HDD that I have buckupped my games, software, documents etc.
Why doese it always to this?

Edit: Found out why, problem with DRIV3R, reinstalling right now

Well if it keeps asking you to do that, once you let it run it shouldnt keep asking you.

I always let it run, besided its only a 10 second scan
