remote deskto work with two ore more computers running windows xp on a network. you need to set passwords on the computer you want to use remote desktop on. you need the ip adress for that computer. then type in the ip adress in computer name the user name and password. then connect. remote desk to doest work if the target computer isn't password protected. this is as far as i have used it. it works fine when fixing program problems from your pc to another pc half way across the building.

i played with this rdc for a long time, got it working, and from all this i have found a better FREE service. It is all setup in under 10 min (for an non advanced user, and it works INCREDIBly well.. Check it out www.logmein.com there are also paid memberships, but do the free one.
