I have a computer running Windows XP with 128MB memory, it always access hard disk for the virtual memory, will it damage the hard disk?
My friend say that, high frequency access will damage a hard disk. |

No! will run slower using virtual memory. Need more ram with XP. 128 is the min. XP does alot better with atleast 512
