I would spend alittle mroe money and get a better video card.

You could probably save a couple hundred dollars if you buy from newegg. The CPU alone is $53 cheaper

I'd get a better video card and better power supply. You can get that stuff much cheaper from www.newegg.com

only a 80G hard drive its a bit small maybe thats just me

The monitor is a bit more expensive for the features i has get the Acer AL1722 is it also 17" but is has a higher contrast (700:1) and better response time (8ms) and its $230 at newegg

not only small, ATA100 is really slow, get at least ATA133 or go with serial ATA (SATA)

You also might want to look around at like www.tigerdirect.com, they have some really good deals on computers, you might wanna go ahead and get the SATA hd as previously said, its faster and costs about the same.
