lock file copy and paste

I want someone to be able viewing one or more graphic files (jpg, bmp, gif etc.) stored in my Windows XP system, but don't be able to copy and paste or save them in another position.

Do you mean share them with another user on your computer or over a network or on the internet?

Share them with another user in a network. What I want is to allow him to view the graphics but cannot be able to copy/cut and paste or save them.
