Why dont you just go to a store and get it? I dont think anyone here that has cs:s or hl2 didnt install it or register it to their account...so even if they sold it to you, you wouldnt be able to play it.

Buy a cdkey from eBay. I did andit was alot cheaper then buying it in the shops. only bitch about it is, you need to get the key binded to your account by someone who has the cd's
