Ok first of all my HP case sucks for its lack of design and crampt space. I want to know what case to get. Im looking for a black for silver case, with a cool window on the side. Of course ATX style with no power supply included.
Someone told me Foxconn was good but I dont know. Please tell me what are good and where I can find them. Thanks!!

My favoitre, and my current one is the Phantom case, it has a face on the front that the eyes are 4 sets of lights going around and they cycle, then its nose i guess is red lights and there is three white verticle lights going down under that. and the face opens up so you can get to the CD-rom and everything, front panel USb and audio too, and it does come with a clear side panel with a white led 80mm fan with a swirling fan grill.

I like thermaltake cases because of the design and hard metal. Only part i dont like is that the LEDS dont seem to work.

i think any case is good as long as it has ample fans, the grills dont block airflow, and it looks nice! also, go with a front door on your case, definitely will be worth it to keep it a little quieter.

I agree, a lot of it is personal preference, but some things to look for are:
You'll notice that most mid-high end cases will have these features, so much of it is simply a matter of aesthetic preference. The feature that tends to vary most is cooling, i'd try to get something with dust filters and at least 2 fans (1 intake and 1 exhaust), with room to add more being great. Also, 120mm fans provide better cooling than 80mm. Lian Li make some great cases, but are generally fairly expensive. I also quite like some of the Thermaltake cases, the Soprano being quite nice as a mid-range case. Quote:
