Default what's mean OIS protocols???

what are OIS layered protocols? and how do they work???????????

Oh man, back to the Cisco crap... It all has to do with networking and what level things are at. There are 7 total layers. I think networking cards are 3, and routers are 4... I don't remember right off, it's been about 5 years since I took the class. Google it!

Did a quick search... I might of been thinking of something else, but yeah, still has to do with networking
