PLEASE HELP ME help needed

my computer crushed recently it was just blank screen after welcome screen

so i did the HP system recovery by pressing F10 in the start up

so now half of my programs dont work and my i dont have service pack 2 and etc can i do something to make it work>???

i still have service pack 2 files (not for sure)

ANY HELP PLEASE

Hum , you really should do a format , put your files on CDs and format your pc , it's the best way...

You might be able to download SP2 again and see if that sorts it, if you cant acsess the internet on your comp, go to someone with a fast coonection and a CDRW. Download SP2, stick it on a disk and install on your computer.
