CD Burner Won't Burn

My CDRW won't burn any CD's. Whenever you put a new CD in that has no files on it the play won't recongize it. I thought I might have a bad batch of CD's but I've tried 3 different kinds and still nothing.

I have reinstalled the CD-Driver but nothing happens.

It will recognize a CD (like a game) but not a blank CD.

Any suggestions?

It is an ASUS CRW5232A

Do you have any burning software? You need it.

Yes. I have burning software.

did u run your burning software and see if it recognizes or did u rely on the auto play ?
