Damaged Windows Boot

Hi, when i try to boot windows XP from my hard drive the screen is filled with strange letters and the bottom row is kind of colored. Threres a beeping sound too, ive tried fixing MBR and BOOT and reinstall windows but the same thing happens all the time? Could this be a hardware error? Tnx!

hmmm, try taking the graphics card and ram out. Then give them a blow and put them back in. Apart from that i have no idea. (summin to try for now !)
