Alright after about 2 or 3 hours with awesome help from ctcoyote, i have summerized my custom computer build.
The reason there is not a good graphics card, is becasue I am not a gamer. This PC will be used for normal everyday use as well as mainly for updating/storing all of my biking videos. you'll need a keyboard, mouse, and speakers, but that's not all that much more depending on what you get. You might want to get a second disk drive, I'd suggest a cd-rw/dvd combo if you're going budget. As you said, your video card is definitely not very impressive, you might still want to look at getting something a little better in that regard, it'll help out your video displaying a bit on your comp. I personally prefer maxtor to western digital, but both are probably fine, if you shoot a ton of video, you may need a second hard drive eventualy, but that can wait.
