hey i was just wondering if anyone can help me,
im running the following
asus A8v deluxe
AMD 64 3200+
Ge force 6600 AGP
2 x 521mb corsair ram

when im using a reasonable amount of memory, say im listening to music (using any program) then start another program, the sound slows down and the quality is very bad. ive also noticed that it happened once or twice during games as well. i tried to reinstall the ac97 drivers but that worked for a short time then something went wrong again. so if any1 had any ideas on what the cause is and a possible solution would be greatley aprrecieated.

also if anyone has any information or tips on overclocking my system (CPU and GPU) and also if anyone has any tips about ram timings
