it was interesting that amd are to produce both the fx-57 and the fx-60 at the same time. This is against the trend of the past were by amd only make one fx line at a time.
I guess since amd will move over to the fx-62 on the AM2 soon they will ditch the fx-57 shortly. But the question is, will they produce the fx-62 and the fx-60 at the same time or is the fx-60 going to see a product cycle of only 3-6 months

I feel sorry for all those people bidding on the FX-60 on ebay because they thought they were getting a pre-release item, but now its out before the bidding is over, and some poor guy is paying $1500 for it.

remember fx 57 used to cost that much

some people on this forum were expecting about $1500 can.

thats rediculous that they are going to am2 so fast after scoming out with 939, they stuck with socket A for so long.

Im not too impressed with the fx-60, but it still is the best cpu out there, and seems to be worth the money (If you have it)
