Default I am in major trouble, need ideas now!

Ok heres the deal, as in most of my threads, it says I bought a new computer the other day, and the GeForce 6200 is lagging me down. I am only 14 years old and my mum (I am Australian- note the u instead of the o in mum) says that the graphics card will have to last us a couple of years, and she thinks that I am comlaining too much and she wont let me buy another one. She wont even let me swap it around with the Radeon 9600 PRO in my other compy, because this will void the warranty. I am in need of some desperate ideas, I don't know how to OC my card and she wont let me do that either. I need some desperate help or ideas to get good performance out of my GPU ( I have all the latest Nvidia drivers) Maybe a generous person could give me a free 7800GTX 512? LOL joking.

um..if you can't OC it, can't swap it, can't buy a new one, and have all the newest drivers, then you're stuck playing games at minimal settings...Can't you secretely swap it out? Or is your mom too good at computer?

You see this is where you need to be sneaky about things like this....
The people who made your computer will have put resin on the screws that hold down your GPU, meaning that if you undo them, the resin will show that, thus voiding your warranty. If you have more than one PCI slot then you could slip the other GPU in that one and just plug the moniter into there but once again you are risking you voiding your warranty.

When I had to replace my CPU Fan I consulted the people that built my computer and told them I was putting in a custom piece because thier fan was faulty, I had a long conversation with them and they eventually let me put my custom part in rather than a replacement they give and I still have my warranty.. It's all about talking lol
