Your Help on upgrade [plz help]
ok i know that this is my second post about this subject but i need a fast reply to buy a some upgrade stuff for my pc..
my current mb: Elitegroup p4m800-m my current cpu: Intel p4 2.8Ghz i found to buy: motherboard: Asrock 939dual-sata2 (it looks very good for me coz it has an agp slot too coz my ati9800 is agp :/ ) and coz my hd's arent sata ) CPU: amd 3200+ now i need to know if its a noticeable upgrade .. and if the new cpu is better than the old one.. thx

 can u tell me whats the same cpu of that amd in intel ? like .. is it like 3.0 ? 3.2 ? :/

in gaming its equivilant to a P4 3.0-3.2ghz.
