will THIS WORK OFF LINE============================widows 98se
Iexplore caused an invalid page fault in module Kernel32.dll. CAUSE This behavior can occur if your password list (PWL) file is damaged. RESOLUTION To resolve this issue, use the following steps: 1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders. 2. In the Named box, type *.pwl, and then click Find Now. 3. In the list of found files, right-click each file, and then click Delete. Repeat step 3 until all of the .pwl files are deleted. 4. On the File menu, click Close. 5. Restart the computer. The password list files are re-created automatically when you log on to Windows. 6. Download the Mspwlupd.exe file from the following Microsoft Web site, and then double-click the file to run it. NOTE: You do not need to perform this step if you are running Windows 95 OSR2 or Windows 98.The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center: Download Mspwlupd.exe now (http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...s/mspwlupd.exe) For additional information about how to download Microsoft Support files, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: ![]() |

the solution???? well, first, download the Mspwlupd.exe then get off your internet and follow the steps.

yes, u can put it on a floppy, but the instructions need you to be on your computer and use the start>find feauture.

OK how do I go about putting it on a floppy from my good pc on line? ,and then when I install it into my bad computer with the problem ,Ill have to boot it several times to get it into the start find option ,so when I do get it ther will I have instructions on what to do next?

just download it, save it onto the floppy. its only like 300kb or so. so just drag it into your floppy. and..
yes, the instructions are your first post. do all that, then when it asks you to download the .exe file, just use the one in the floppy you got from your good pc.

i have no idea what that is. sorry. what should be on the floppy is the Mspwlupd.exe file
but if you have the file all set on the floppy. when you have your messed up computer running and have followed the instructions, copy the file from the floppy to your hard disk and run it.
