Default Boot from Partition

Hi Guys, this is my first post, i have a question about in how to boot a ghost from a partition.

This is the scenario:

I have three 2 partitions in a hard drive, and i want to keep to similar copys of the OS in each, when (for some reason) the first partition need to be restored it will be cloned from partition 2 to partition 1.

Keep in mind that I don't want to restore from an ghost IMAGE, just I want to copy the partition 2 into 1.

I don't want to boot ghost from a floppy, I want this in one of the partition.

The problem is how do I make the norton ghost boot from there?

Any help will be great!
