laptop just died

okay i got this resonably new laptop from a company called digitalstar in aussi. the problem is it just stopped working one morning. the night before it turned off fine and was running as sweet as ever. i left it on my desk and the next morning it failed to work. when i press the power button nothing happens. no sound it doesnt even try to boot up. i have a feeling that it could be the power supply. i didnt knock it or anything either. help

If it's "new", then ther is no need to troubleshoot. You can just return it or exchange it for a working one.

sounds like it may be your power brick, i'm not sure though... Call the company they may know... i've never head of them so i couldn't tell you any of their common issues
