In order to even see the wpa.dbl file you still have to add the "dbl" to the file types in order to even see it. You add that by going to the folders option in any window you open like Windows Explorer, MyComputer, etc. where the tools option is seen on the explorer bar at the top of the window itself. The third tab is named "file types" which simplifies that.
